New Policies and Procedures for Patient Appointments (Effective 5/18/20)
• All staff will wear masks and gloves at all times.
• Clients are strongly encouraged to wear a mask before and during services.
• Upon booking, all patients will be asked a series of screening questions including symptoms and potential exposure. Those that are deemed high-risk will be asked to reschedule for a later date.All patients will be temperature scanned and can be denied service should they present a fever or symptoms of shortness of breath or other respiratory concerns.
• We strongly encourage patients over the age of 65, immune compromised patients or those with high-risk conditions such as heart disease, to delay their treatment until a later date.
• We will have provide hand sanitizer for use by patients and staff.
• In an effort to limit exposure, we will allow patients only in the location of service, and only one patient at a time. ALL visitors, including children, are asked to remain elsewhere or in vehicles outside (dependent on where services are taking place). We will reschedule your visit if you are unable to leave visitors at home or in your vehicle.
• Procedures that require removal of patient mask, such as lip filler or micro-needling, will be considered on a case by case basis and only by approval of the provider performing the procedure.
• Providers will wear a face mask with eye shield during all procedures, and will glove according to safe operating practices and precautions.
• We highly recommend and encourage all skincare orders to be done over the phone or online.
• If you are scheduled for a consultation only or follow-up and would like to meet with your provider virtually, we do offer virtual visits.
• Our staff will limit handshakes, social distance as much as possible, and will practice frequent hand washing with approved soaps and sanitizers.
